FivePoint Valencia is a 15,000 acre, 21,500 home, mega real estate community being built with an environmentally friendly emphasis throughout. Currently, phase one of Mission Village in FivePoint Valencia is under construction.
FivePoint Valencia’s newest model homes in Mission Village are estimated to arrive sometime in the first half of 2021.
Valencia, formerly known as Newhall Ranch, has begun building phase one of Mission Village which will include 1,268 homesites in 18 neighborhoods.
It is anticipated that the Valencia model homes will be open in the Spring of 2021.
According to FivePoint, “homes ranging from 775 to 3,680 square feet in size will serve a diverse pool of buyers”.
Mission Village is the first community to be created in Valencia / Newhall Ranch and the first of its size and kind in America to be built on the premise of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.
